Norwood Inn Hudson, Hudson

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms, unfortunately, smelled terribly of smoke even though they were supposed to be non-smoking, which was disappointing. However, the staff really made an effort to accommodate us despite some reservation mishaps. The location was a bit messy but had its charm, especially being near the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. The dining experience was decent, though not exceptional. Overall, there were some drawbacks, but we managed to enjoy certain aspects of our stay.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were initially noisy with the air conditioning cycling on and off every few minutes, but once adjusted, it improved. The room was ultimately quiet, clean, and well-maintained. The service was lacking as staff were absent during check-in and check-out, leading to longer wait times. The location, though off the main highway, was pleasant with a large pool but had some odd issues like staining on the pool ceiling. The dining experience was good with variety but the food could be hotter. Overall, there were positives and negatives to consider during my stay.

The hotel is nestled on the east side of Cuyahoga Valley National Park near the Brandywine Falls area, offering a good location despite a few oddities like a stain dripping from the pool ceiling. The service was top-notch with friendly and accommodating staff, but there were some hiccups in communication. Dining experience was wonderful with personalized directions, albeit with a packed brown bag instead of a traditional breakfast setup. Overall, a mixed bag with great service and location offset by some minor issues.

My stay at the Clarion Inn in Hudson, Ohio was filled with ups and downs. The location was excellent, right off the Ohio Turnpike and close to the national park – a major plus. The rooms were somewhat disappointing, as they were dirty and dusty, but service was friendly and efficient. The dining experience was average at best, and while the facilities were fine, there were some aspects that could be improved to enhance the overall experience.
